40 Minute Yoga for beginners
In this 40 minute session for beginners, we will work on a full body yoga flow for a healthy mind and body.
This class is suitable for beginners or anybody wanting to move more consciously.
This practice includes a series of standing poses that are energizing and stretch the body as well as some seated poses at the end of the class for cooling off.
What you need for this practice:
-An active body and an open mind
-A yoga block
