Morning Glow Day 7 | Yoga Flow and Reflection for the Past Week

💡In this flow, you’ll be guided through a start on your belly, stretching your quads. You will then continue on to a sphinx pose, cat and cow, puppy pose and thread the needle, all to prepare you for further backbends. Transitioning to a standing sequence of side bends and warrior poses, you will challenge your balance and stretch your whole body. Next will be camel pose, followed by winding down in a forward fold, reclined butterfly, some twists and Savasana. All throughout this experience you will be prompted to reflect on your yoga experience this past week with kindness.
