Morning Glow Day 6 | Gentle Wake Up Flow and Meditation

💡In this flow, you’ll be guided through a start in child’s pose, from which you’ll transition to cat and cow, low lunges and twists that will improve your spine health and digestion. Enjoy some forward folds to soothe your nervous system, a gentle backbend in sphinx pose and reclined leg stretches. The final section of the practice includes a guided meditation with no music, allowing you to focus on the process and really delve deep into it.
