Morning Glow Day 3 | 20 minute morning yoga flow and stretch

💡In this video, you’ll be guided through some standing warm-up poses, chest openers and twists. This will be followed by some vinyasas to begin building some heat, low lunges and half-splits. Next you will flow through some standing postures and finish with a mindful wind-down, including an affirmation you can set for the day ahead.
