Morning Glow Day 5 | 30 Minute Stretch for Tight Hamstrings

💡In this flow, you’ll be guided through warming up your body and preparing your joints for movement. We will then do some forward folds and hip openers, alongside twists and strap assisted reclined hamstring stretches. Next will be a downward dog and some hamstring and calf stretches, followed by some standing stretches that involve your whole body. We will wind down in pigeon pose, restorative bridge and a forward fold, as well as a savasana.
